Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may exercise the following rights regarding your personal data:

Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenmek.
Kişisel verileriniz işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etmek.
İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenmek.
Eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş kişisel verilerin düzeltilmesini istemek.
Kanuni şartlar oluştuğunda kişisel verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini istemek.
İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler aracılığıyla analiz edilmesi sonucunda aleyhinize bir sonuç doğmasına itiraz etmek.
Kişisel verilerin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etmek.

You may send your KVKK application in writing or by another method permitted by applicable legislation. Please clearly identify your request and provide information that allows us to verify your identity and respond securely.

For application guidance, contact info@mikrotekotomasyon.com. We will assess and respond to your request within the period prescribed by KVKK.
